The message below shown at account section:

Unable to determine directory status

An error occurred while trying to check the directory of your website.

After I clicked website builder, it was supposed to direct to Site.Pro. However, it pop up message as below:

Could not launch Site.Pro

An unknown error occurred while connecting to your account! Please try again later.

Anyone facing the same issue ? Now I can’t access my website to edit. Thanks

FTP Connection Error

taskscopilot.com Error Message When trying to publish an updated site version using Site.Pro Builder could not connect to hosting server. Please check hosting firewall. It must allow FTP connections from builder server. Other Information I already verified that i can access the ftp with the user/pass, but when trying to publish an updated version of my site via site.pro, I get the FTP error message. I tried few times and I’m still getting the error. Any suggestion?

Both issues are effectively the same: it means that the FTP connection to your hosting account is not working. The file manger seems to be working, so it appears to be an issue between the client area and the FTP server.

Usually these issues resolve themselves after a while, so please have patience.
