Is you website working? If it is, ignore it. If it is not, make sure the /htdocs folder exists and has an index.html/.php file in it.

This is what appears when I enter my domain but as you can see in the first photo you say that it does not find anything
As you can see, here I get this and I have already entered the password and in ftp the same and nothing, I have been waiting for a week for it to be solved
Open the control panel to activate FTP, that will also solve the other problem.

If you’re also unable to login to the file manager, then probably either FTP access is not enabled on your account, or the password in the client area is out of sync.
The first step is to try and login to the control panel. If you click the Control Panel button in the client area, you should be logged in successfully?
Do you get some kind of connection error? Then the control panel is blocked from your end, which is why FTP access is not enabled. You can try to investigate if there is anything on your end blocking it, or perhaps use a VPN to try to bypass it.
Do you get an authentication error? Then the password of your account is not in sync. To fix that, you can go into the Account Settings in the client area to reset your hosting account password. Do NOT use the password reset functionality of the control panel, that’s the most common reason the password goes out of sync in the first place.
