Unable to delete folder off the server.

Hello. I am unable to delete a certain folder off the server. When I try, it states that the folder is not empty and it is unable to process it. Not FTP nor Cpanel software helps with deletion.

Folder that need deleting:

pokemon.jenova.rf.gd

Can you please help me with this?

EDIT: I just noticed, via FTP, that the owner for the folder is 0 0 rather than my ID number. It only pertains to that folder.

Can you please give a screenshot on what folder are you trying to delete and what error did you see?

Also your a Pokemon fan?

In the past, it was not possible to delete directories related to domains. That has been changed now so you can, but directories related to domains added earlier still cannot be deleted. Unfortunately, there is no way to delete such folders right now.
