this not only happens with let’s encrypt it happens with all providers
Which SSL provider are you using? Let’s encypt has rate limits, maybe that could’ve been an issue. ZeroSSL is known to have send data back late or doesn’t accept information at certain times.

I would have liked to check why this happened, but the last attempt I see is from December 19, and logs from that day have already been deleted.
If you want to use Let’s Encrypt instead, can you please try requesting a certificate again and then reply to this ticket?

If I had the ability to investigate this, I would have done it already. But your orders are too old which means most data is gone.
