Unable to create a support ticket after account suspension

My account got suspended, so when I go to the control panel of my suspended site, and click “Create New Ticket” it redirects me back to the account screen (Login to your account - InfinityFree).

How do i fix this and open a support ticket instead of gettting automatically re-directed to the accounts screen? Please help so I can open a support ticket. Thanks!

You can’t if it is a temporary suspension. Look into client area for reason for suspension
