Unable to connect to ftp,online file manager, and also getting 502 Bad Gateway

Hi,

I have 2 account:-

epiz_23099465
epiz_23121651

My epiz_23099465 account is having a problem right now. The problem consist of:-

  1. The related website, webspendtrack.epizy.com always returning error “502 Bad gateway”. I’ve read the KB, and I can assure you that the php code of the landing page is very simple, no graphic, and nothing except displaying textbox for login and password. (but I can view my other account epiz_23121651 page, webspendtrackdev.epizy.com with no problem)

  2. I also cannot connect to the account via ftp. (But I can connect via ftp to other account,epiz_23121651 with no problem)

  3. I tried to open Online File Manager for epiz_23099465 but it wont load instead returning error 404. (But I do the same with account epiz_23121651 and I have no problem)

So, I suspect there is something wrong with my epiz_23099465 since my other account epiz_23121651 is ok.

Hi,

Now my other account epiz_23121651 also having the same problem. But I can still access the DB for both account, it seems like the ftp server for both account cant be accesed

Pls help

4.2 million users are connected to the ftp server and the server is full now. what can we do now?
