when i install File manager plugin in wordpress. it error message shows Unable to connect to backend.

Do not use it. Use normal ftp like filezilla?
Maybe check with the plugin developer what it means? We don’t know what plugin you’re trying to use and why it doesn’t work. It could be a hosting issue but it could also be a code issue, and a vague message generated by a piece of code makes that pretty hard to figure out.
