I cannot connect to the ftp using filezilla and its keep getting timed out numerous times

This is not the correct IP address for the FTP server, which means that the DNS, either yours or the hosting’s one, is broken.
Can you try connecting to ftp.epizy.com or 185.27.134.11?

Or does this guide help you better?

Okay, ‘ftp.epizy.com‘ worked for me, thanks. I have indeed saw the manual but I was wondering if that was an example, silly me.

ftpupload.net is normally the right FTP hostname to use. However, for some reason, a lot of “security” filters are blocking the domain name and rerouting it to another server, preventing your FTP access from working.

If you do a DNS lookup on ftpupload.net, you’ll see it returns the same IP address that @Meishin referred to, which is different from the IP address in your FTP logs.

You may want to check with your network administrator or ISP and see if they know more about why this is happening.
