I check GFW in one check GFW method article, it looks the FTP IP have been GFWed, so please change a IP thanks.
Result: Close & Open it means GFW blocked.
The FTP server seems to be down, with or without a proxy. Only the online file manager is down. FTP server is OK. Paitience please.

While using “NeBBS” probably doesn’t make you impersonating, creating multiple client area accounts is not allowed here. I shall wait for Admin or a mod to investigate into this.

For me the FTP server works fine; only the File Manager doesn’t work for now.

Well, only after seeing your reply did I realized I was using an incorrect account that was remembered in FileZilla while it was already gone!

I’m sorry, but I’m not particularly looking forward to updating the DNS of a huge number of domains, and break FTP access for anyone who is using the IP address directly, just so you can use it until the CCP decides to catch on and block the new IP address.
I’m not sure what would be the best way to deal with this. But an IP address is not a light bulb and it shouldn’t be replaced as carelessly.

That what is a well solution that can connect the FTP [color=red]without[/color] downloading any files.
Now filemanager.ai is be able to use.
The important problem is FTP link was blocked by GFW. But there was no any illegal content of the China Law.
Who know why blocked by GFW?
The Chinese authorities? They blocked us. We didn’t do anything and we weren’t told anything.
