Unable to Configure MX and Spf Record - on subdomain (free server)

Dear Admin and Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

Previously, I was able to create subdomains in InfinityFree and successfully configure MX and SPF records to integrate with Zoho Mail for custom email domains. However, this time after creating a new domain (e.g., airs-school.free.nf), I attempted to set up an email address ([email protected]). During the process, I encountered an issue where the system does not allow me to select my domain for configuring the MX and SPF records.

Could you kindly assist in resolving this matter or advise on the correct procedure to enable MX and SPF record configuration for this domain?

Thank you for your support.

Custom MX and SPF records are not supported for subdomains at this time. There is no way to configure them right now.

thank you for your clarification regardin’ the current limitation on configuring custom MX and SPF records for subdomains. I completely understand the restriction at this time.

May I kindly ask if there are any plans to reinstate or introduce support for custom MX and SPF records on subdomains in the future? Having this feature would be greatly valuable for users who rely on email integration with custom subdomains.

I appreciate your guidance and continued support

Don’t get your hope up anytime soon, given that Admin don’t even control the plans as he’s just a reseller

The goal is to bring back this functionality at some point. However, I have no idea in what way or when that will be.
