Error Message
I was able to do backups and restore until this morning. It then said I have to have a subscription for these functions to work. I paid for the started subscription and still can not Backup/Restore. Please help

Just to be clear: which Backup/Restore feature are you referring to exactly? And which premium subscription did you get?
The most common premium subscription are the premium hosting plans from iFastNet. But there are also the web builder upgrades from Site.Pro, which may or may not include hosting from Site.Pro.
But regardless, you didn’t pay us anything. Please check who you actually purchased a service from, and ask them why the feature you expected is not available.
