can you shed some light on how to contact infinity support help desk?

Infinity Free don’t have a helpdesk.

If there’s a problem with your site related to the hosting of it (such as a suspension) then you can raise it with IFastNet (who provide the infrastructure)

However, in this instance, its Threat Protection Pro (which I believe is a Nord VPN product?) who you need to contact, as they are the ones blocking the site.

If you’ve spoken to them, and they’ve provided an answer, and it’s something that needs changing on the Infinity Free side, then share the details and we can help you make changes to your site, or advise if its not possible.

yes, it is a nord vpn product. i am struggling with

i was able to add a record of a cname. now i am not sure where i can find the record name and the destination so i can enter them here.

To be clear: there is nothing wrong with your hosting account or domain name. The reason you are unable to access your website is because there is some kind of security filter on your end blocking your access.

There is nothing you can do through your hosting account to fix this. I have no idea what you’re trying to do with CNAME records. At best, it achieves nothing, and at worst, you’ll break something important.

thank you for the reply. do you have a link to an updated step by step guide on how to find the record name and destination? i found this one from 2020 How to create the CNAME records for free SSL but it is not clear. i watched the video several times and i am not able to find that section.

You can ignore all of that.

The CNAME records that record talks about are the CNAME records you get when you request an SSL certificate for your domain. But as you may have found out already: you cannot request a certificate for your free subdomain, because it’s protected with a system wide certificate instead.

So you do not need to configure a CNAME record. And because of that, you will not be able to find any records to configure because there is nothing to be configured.

Once again:

You either need to work around the filter or need to have the block removed.

Using a different SSL certificate on your website will not fix this.

is there a way to avoid people who want to access my site to get those messages? they will be afraid to access my website if they see such messages when they want to access it. i was not expecting these messages when i created a website on infinityfree

The www subdomains of free subdomains are no longer protected with SSL.

If you don’t want people to see that page, simply don’t use https://www. URLs for your website. Always use the URL without www. and you won’t have this issue.
