I am currently unable to access my InfinityFree account because I had two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled, but unfortunately my authenticator app has been deleted and I no longer have access to the verification codes.
Additionally, I do not have my backup/recovery codes.
However, I still have full access to my registered email address and I am willing to provide any necessary proof of ownership to verify my account.
I kindly request your assistance in either disabling 2FA or helping me recover access to my account.

(Hello,
I cannot access my account due to lost 2FA codes. I still have access to my email and can verify ownership. Please help me recover my account.
You are out of luck. You can’t access your account if you lost your 2FA device and your recovery codes. Hopefully you can take this as a lesson as to why those codes need to be stored securely.
If you remember your hosting account username if0_xxx and password (it’s different from your client area password, same as your ftp password) you can login to the control panel and manage your site from there.
This is correct, but I would only recommend it as a temporary measure; to back up your site and publish it on a new account that you have control of. Reason being is that if your site is permanently suspended for any reason (including a false positive) you won’t be able to send a ticket to get it back.
Hello,
I lost access to my Google Authenticator app and I cannot log in to my account. Please reset my Two-Factor Authentication.
My account email is: (Lost 2FA Recovery Code - Need Help)[email protected]
Please help me regain access.
2FA exists specifically to protect your account when someone has gained access to your password or your email. If we disabled it based on an email request, we’d be removing the protection in exactly the scenario it’s designed to defend against. We have no way to tell your request apart from the same request sent by an attacker who has compromised your email, which is why we will not disable 2FA on request under any circumstances.
2FA is entirely optional, but if you choose to enable it, keeping access is your responsibility. Deleting the authenticator app without a backup and without the recovery codes leaves no path back in. We give you the tools to prevent this, but we can’t recover an account from a situation where every recovery mechanism has been discarded.
