"Two Factor Authentication OTP / Recovery Code Issue"

Hello,

I enabled Two Factor Authentication (2FA) on my InfinityFree account, but now I am unable to log in. It is asking for an OTP or a recovery code, but I do not have access to my authenticator app and I also do not have my recovery codes.

Can you please help me disable 2FA so that I can regain access to my account?

I guess that means the end for your account, unless you get the authenicator app working, or if you find the recovery code.

Lost 2FA reset code and my phone reset so I lost 2FA app as well

We say it very clearly on the 2FA activation screen: If you lose your authentication device and lose your recovery codes, you will lose your account. Do not store the recovery codes on just your phone, because if you lose your phone, you’ll lose access to your account. You did the thing we told you not to, and now you’re experiencing the consequences we warned you for.
