Trying to access website files

I am trying to access my website files.

Somebody, tell me what to do please…

Pick your hosting account password from the same Client Area screen you used to login to the File Manager, scrolling down to “Account Details” and clicking on “Show/Hide” to show the password, then copying it and pasting it in the “Password” field. After that, tick “Passive mode” and click on “Connect”.

Yup, FTP is down for sure. The website’s still running as well as the phpadmin so that is a plus
