Troubles with adding MX SPF records

Hi everybody!
I am new to Infinity, would like to try free version first to understand all the details of use.
Now I face a trouble: can’t figure out what is wrong.
I’ve set MX records according to the instructions, but report still says “server status: incorrect set up of mx records; mx records are not discovered”.
MX records are different on the pages “DNS information overview” and “Custom MX Records”
What should I do to solve the problem?

What’s the domain so I can check it?

Your MX record for myeasypeasy.com is currently “emx.mail.ru”. Is that the mail service you’re trying to use?

Where does it say so? You’re using our nameservers, so you need to set the DNS records for your domain through our control panel.

DNS information shows MX Record as “mx.epizy.com” is in my profile information , Overview Tab.

Do you mean the overview tab in your client area. Because that’s what your domain settings should be if you want to use our email accounts and forwarders, not what the settings for your domain are right now.

The MX Entry section in your control panel shows your current settings.

Contact the provider who should check the MX records, because their system is clearly broken. The MX records are configured fine.
