I need the username and password for cpanel I am entering the details beside username and password from screenshot attached. Is that correct?

To log in to cpannel, just click the green “Control Panel” button

Control panel button is working but this tab needs the username and password.

Do you get this issue on multiple devices?

You cannot login to that cPanel interface by hand. But if you click the Softaculous Apps Installer button in the control panel, you should be logged in automatically.

If that doesn’t work for you, that could be cause by browser issues or an issue with your hosting account.
