Did you use a subdomain? If so, it is not possible. You can still move the files to another domain name!

Of course it’s possible! It would be a pretty bad upgrade track if you couldn’t bring your domain names.
Just ask iFastNet’s support to move it for you and they can do it.

I have registered a new account at ifastnet.
Paid for paid hosting.
but I can’t get in touch with tech support on ifastnet.
the “Create Ticket” button in the panel redirects me to the site support.ifastnet.com.
At support.ifastnet.com I was unable to log in and I was unable to create a new account.
All time there is an error “incorrect username or password”
Maybe someone faced such a problem?)

You probably need to create an account, not login to one you don’t have.

Nope, sorry. iFastNet provides the free hosting infrastructure and can hook into it and transfer free subdomains to their hosting. If you want to move your site anywhere else, you can’t bring the subdomain.
