Is the server time synchronized with NTP? I’m experiencing issues generating valid TOTP codes using Google Authenticator.
Absolutely, the client area servers are continuously kept in sync with external time servers. Are you sure the time is correct on your mobile device?
Also, what is the issue exactly? Are you having trouble setting up 2FA or did you enable it before but are now unable to login?
