If you can access the site via a VPN, but not directly that most likely means one of 3 things:
1 - if you only recently set up the site, you may need to wait for DNS propagation (max 72 hours normally)
2 - Your ISP or something on your network is blocking your domain\the fwh.is domain. If this is the case, you will need to reach out to your ISP or network admin to ask them to unblock it
3 - your IP has been blocked due to suspect traffic. If that’s the case, Admin can look into it for you.
I’d suggest checking with your ISP (internet service provider) while you wait for admin.

I have fixed the issue. Your website is now inaccessible everywhere as it’s suspended for abuse.
Please submit a support ticket from the client area for further steps.
