404 not found help me please
Welcome to the forum.
You’ll do better if you start your own thread rather than hijacking someone elses theread.
Also please remember that while we work to support each other, its community lead support, so we help when we can. If you’ve not had a reply, then it just means noone has been available who knows how to help.
a 404 page not found error occours when you are trying to access a page that doens’t have an associated file.
so this link that I shared above might help:
Honestly though, a 404 error is likely something only you can fix. Make sure that your “index.php” file has no capitals. Things like that. And check your .htaccess rules if you’ve changed any of them

You’ve marked a solution, so does that mean youve fixed it?
It keeps giving 404 errors, that’s enough, please fix it
InfinityFree’s hosting is unmanaged. This is something you will have to fix. We are willing to help you by pointing you in the right direction, but you’ll ultimately need to do the work yourself. Did you try the advice you were given earlier?
It opens with VPN, but it does not appear in Turkey, the website does not open.
sounds liker your ISP may be blocking the domain if it works on a vpn?
No, there is no domain block, but when you log in from Turkey, it gives a 404 error.
Ok, just let me double check I’ve understood the problem, your site works fine with a VPN thats outside of Turkry?
Few things to try
Given that its working via VPN it doesn’t sound like an issue with the site itself, but morelikely an issue either with your ISP or caching.
Ok that does look like the regular 404 page.
And you’ve tried an incognito\private browser session?
Or changed any .htaccess rules?
Yes, the 404 screen always appears.
and have you changed any of the rules in your .htaccess file?
No htacces no change
I’m genuinly really stumped now.
I’ve got a VPN that connects to Turkey… and I’ve checked, any my own website works. I can’t understand what’s going on with yours.
The fact that it seems to be going to the correct 404 page, suggests that its not blocked anywhere. Have you tried adding a custom 404 page and making sure that loads? that would help make sure that it is linking to the correct site?
Silly question, does your URL contain any accented letters (is that the right term?) such as “Ç”, “Ğ”, “İ”, “Ö”, “Ş” ?
if so, you’ll need to convert the URL as in this post:
But I’m not sure exactly how that all works.
If you use Cloudflare and see the 404 page, please double check that the DNS records in Cloudflare are correct. Especially if you move the domain from one account to another account, the new account will likely have a different IP address. And if so, you’ll need to update your DNS records in Cloudflare to point to the new IP address. If you don’t, you may see that 404 page.
