My account (if0_38154962) was suspended with the warning “Your account has been suspended due to high traffic.” I submitted a request for reactivation and a backup on July 12, 2026, but I haven’t received a response yet. I wanted to reach out to the support team here because I was warned that sending another reply would move my request to the back of the queue. Please excuse the intrusion.
No one on this forum handles support tickets, yes including the Admin because he’s just a reseller. So posting on the forum will sadly not make you get a response any faster.
I don’t know why is the moving to the back of the queue is triggering you so much, but that’s pretty much always the case for any type of support ticket system.
In fact if you believe that you should get a reply but not it’s a good idea to reply. This is because your ticket might went unnoticed. Being at the back of the queue is bad but not being in one is even worse.
Looking at the ticket, I see you submitted it on a Sunday evening. Please be aware that during weekends and night time, support may be more lightly staffed, so not receiving a response within a few hours is normal.
So… what is it that you expected us to be able to do for you?
If your account is suspended, you need to submit a ticket through the client area, and wait for staff to look at it. If you add another message, it will be moved to the back of the queue. If you want your request to be handled as quickly as possible, there the only thing you can do is to wait.
