Additionally, when I check the domain status, it shows:

Current IP Address: Not Found

It appears that the domain is not pointing to any IP address, which may indicate a DNS configuration issue.

Could you please check the DNS settings and ensure that the domain is properly connected to the correct hosting server IP address?

I’ve seen a few people with web.id domains experiencing this problem. Personally, I think that there may be a bigger problem with the provider of the Web.id domain.

Looking at what I see, I don’t think the problem is with the web.id extension, but rather with our nameserver not responding to web.id lookups.

I have asked iFastNet to look into this.
