Thanks for your reply
but still the site keeps getting down, i have another website with different domain and it works perfectly, i don’t why this site doing that.

Your website is configured correctly with an SSL certificate from Google Trust, which appears to be working fine for most people.

You say the site “keeps going down”. Does that mean the issue happens intermittently? Or it is completely unavailable to you, or at least some browsers or devices?

Also, does this different domain that does work also have SSL setup with a Google Trust certificate?

for the 1st question, yes the issue happens intermittently.

2nd question, yes the different domain that does work also have SSL setup with a Google Trust certificate.

If it’s an intermittent problem, it’s probably not an issue with the SSL certificate itself, but rather you may not be connecting to our server consistently every time.

I just checked your account and I see it was created less than 48 hours from this very post, and your original post was only a few hours after creation.

So I think that this is a DNS caching issue, and DNS cache is just making your browser connect to the wrong location. If so, this should automatically resolve itself after a day or two.
