Please try re-installing the plugin. That error message is saying that one of the plugins files cannot be found.

Open your websites admin panel and find the “Plugins” settings. Delete the “wheel of life” plugin and re-install it. Or, if you don’t want it, just delete it.

Open your favorite file manager program and navigate to “/wp-content/plugins/”. Delete the folder titled “wheel-of-life”.
