Hello, My site was working 100% well. I just noticed this error. I changed the plugins folder name and tried to troubleshoot but I can’t fix it. Also the site is not sending the recovery email.

Any help would be appreciated.

Fixed it with uploading a fresh Wordpress copy. Thanks for the help
