The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini

HI there,
I’m unable to upload a new theme to wordpress saying “The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini.” and there is not any file like php.ini i am on free hosting and on learning stage
I will be really thankful if you will guide me or solve this issue

We only allow uploading files upto 10MB. We can’t increase upon request.

Yes, there is a hard file size limit. If you need to install a plugin or theme larger than that, you can install it by hand instead.
