The issue with my site hi.jeamcube.com is that I can’t apply the certificate. It tells me to wait 15 minutes, but I’ve waited over an hour with no changes. Can someone help me find a solution?
IP does not seem correct, I see this
Can you remove subdomain from hosting account then add it in again?
Can you show the actual error?

I followed your suggestion, but the issue persists.
You are not using IF nameservers, so you need to set your account IP as an A record with your DNS provider.

Those are not the A records that your DNS provider is reporting. Contact their support desk to see if they can help you out.

@jeamcube I think your DNS records are still propagating (meaning it’s in the process of being changed).
If you see the image below, there are 2 different IP addresses being shown, the one you showed in your screenshot, and the original IP address.
Using Google Dig:
Make sure you’ve completely deleted the old A record (199.59.243.227). When you’ve done that, try to change the TTL value of the new A record to 3600 if possible (not necessary).
If you've done all this already, it just means that the servers around the world haven't completely acknowledged your new A record, as you can see from the screenshots above.
Give it a few hours and try again. If the problem persists, message here.
