Looking for this. I’m not receiving emails on the email that was connected with the site, cannot reset password or use the site on a new account due to this issue.

Why not? If your email account is having issues and is unable to receive messages, you need to contact your email provider about that.

If you want us to be able to do anything regarding the domain name you’re looking to host, you will need to tell us the domain name that you’re having trouble with.

Hi,

Thank you for your reply. The Domain name is: www.shuttlepaddle.com

Email connected to the InfinityFree account is @shuttlepaddle.com, which I’ll change due to issues with the emails. But, would it be possible for you to unlink that domain with the account it is linked with now?

Thank you.

If the email is on your own domain name, what’s stopping you from just fixing the email address and reset the password that way?

Your domain name is already using third party nameservers, so unless you also lost access to those, there should be nothing stopping you from editing your MX records or configuring email accounts or forwarders on your domain.

So if you can just setup an email service there (even a free forwarding service like Cloudflare Email Routing or ImprovMX would do), you can obtain the password reset. And once you have reset the password, you can login to the client area and change the email address yourself.

Hi,

I have gotten my emails fixed, and am receiving emails now. However, I am not getting anything from InfinityFree.

InfinityFree does not have an email service, you have to use an external provider to receive emails.

The only restriction from IF is that the PHP mail() function is disabled, you have to use SMTP to send mail instead (But this does not affect email receiving in any way)

Hi.

I have received emails from [email protected] before, I am trying to reset my password from IF, which I cannot do as I am now not receiving emails from [email protected].

All I need to do is remove the domain if I cannot get into that account, or if I can reset the password, I can keep that account.

I checked where the messages went, and it seems like they were blocked on our end. When your email was broken before, your email address was put on a blocklist as being an invalid address. I have just removed your email address from the blocklist so you should now be able to request a password reset (assuming the email address is working now).
