Error Message “The robots.txt file is missing on the site https://hachemengineering.com”

Hi all,
I hope you are doing well.
Yandex Webmasters sent me an email stating:
“The robot couldn’t access the robots.txt file of the site or the file doesn’t exist. Because of the lack of instructions and indexing parameters, unwanted pages can get into the search.
Learn more about how to write instructions for the Yandex robot in Help. If the file is already generated, make sure that it is available to the robot and doesn’t contain errors.”

I am not sure what could be causing the error. The robot.txt is available in the File Manager section. I am not sure how to diagnose and any help is appreciated.

Other Information

I did a check on my website: it is not opening on Firefox but it’s opening on Opera browser.

In short, Yandex is banned from our servers.

As for this, it works fine for me. See

Hi,

Thank you for your quick response. I didn’t know that about Yandex so thank you for clearing it up.
I guess when it comes to the website not opening on certain browser, is it safe to assume that this issue will solve itself with time?
