The newly created domain name jumps to the ad page

After entering the address in the browser, I jumped to the [http://suspendeddomain.org/index.php?host=tmsserver.rf.gd] website, then jumped to the [iFastnet.com Special offer and Discount Coupon] website again, and displayed ads on the [iFastnet.com Special offer and Discount Coupon] website!
