First of all: thank you for the great service from Infinity. As you can already read in this forum on this topic: there are problems with the now “new” free SSL certificates. The connection to the free Infinity websites is recognized as insecure. My problem: my security software also recognizes this and doesn’t let me access my Infinity website at all. It would be desirable to install a free SSL certificate that is actually recognized. So my question: is Infinity considering this? Regards, The-Karl

sub sub domains like www.sub.example.com are no longer supported only subdomains like sub.example.com are supported.

The answer is not an answer to my question. Not even a statement.
Again: the 2 web addresses that I have given, why are there no functioning Free SSL as before.
The current, existing SSL certificates do not work.
Is there a plausible explanation for THIS with specific answer to the given web adresses?

Is not valid as it is a sub-subdomain. Use the-gatsbys.great-site[.]net instead (Which works)

Has a valid SSL certificate, but something is redirecting to the HTTP version. Check .htaccess/CMS/scripts
