I am unabble to create new account. Tried changing browsers. No luck with Firefox or Chrome.
It sounds like you didn’t do the recaptcha. You have to check mark the box for it. Sometimes it will prompt you to prove you’re human by comparing photographs, but usually the check is enough.

Actually I see no recaptcha, maybe it is invisible version. I paid attention to checkboxes etc but there is nothing visible to me.

Do you still have that problem?
If you see the error again then please make sure that you first have javascript enabled, and that your current browser does not have some plugin/extensions/add-ons that block Google server requests
( example ghostery )
Whitelist URL where you have a problem
You can also try testing this with a different browser
Are you a mobile or desktop user ?
Yes @Oxy , I tried firefox and chrome, but finally, I successfully solved the recaptcha after I disabled AdBlocker and reset firefox to its default values. I was using desktop versions.
