I edited my index2.htm and clicked save button. It is giving this error

I installed wordpress on my other account algolassi.lovestoblog.com and I get this error when I try to save my new account algolassi2.ct.ws . I have removed all wordpress folders and files, and I get this error yet. Please help Thanks in advance

Sorry for being late, I try to delete ‘.cpanel’ folder and it gives same error message from my algolassi.lovestoblog.com account. I renamed and tried to delete it in vain. Thanks in advance
