I’m sorry for the delay.

I just looked into it, and it seems that it’s not possible to use this domain for a new account for some reason that doesn’t make a lot of sense to me.

However, it’s no problem to add the domain to an existing account.

So could you please try to create a new account with a free subdomain first, and then try adding your domain to that account?
