The code working… the problem is specific in the username epiz_32040454

for example, epiz_32007335 save the files.

I have folder name “zips” and I cant add new files to this folder.

I have one more difference account epiz_32007335 and when I add new file to folder name “zips” its work well.

Just to be clear, the account with username epiz_32040454 is actually the one that’s working correctly.

Your zips folder is outside of the htdocs folder, and it’s not supposed to be possible to upload files outside of the htdocs folder. After all, files outside of the htdocs folder cannot be used on your website, and our terms clearly state that our storage space is only for website files. So there is no legitimate reason to upload those zip files.

However, due to a bug, it was possible to upload files outside of the htdocs folder of your site anyway. And it appears that this issue is now (being) fixed.

If you’re looking for a place to backup, store or share some zip files, please use something like Google Drive, Dropbox or another suitable solution for it. We provide website hosting, and we do not allow our hosting to be used for file hosting purposes.

And, no, we cannot “change your username”. The username is just an identifier, it doesn’t control any behavior for your account. So whatever issue you may be having, changing the username would not solve it. Most likely, the inconsistent behavior is caused by different accounts being on different servers with slightly different configuration.

And no, we cannot transfer your account to another server either. Especially when the reason for the transfer is that you want to keep abusing our disk space, and we haven’t fully finished closing the loophole.
