I would like to know what is the capacity of MySQL for a free account?

There is no set limit.

However, if you use more server power then other accounts, your account will be temporarily suspended.

Don’t overload the database server. That’s basically the main rule. We have some limits set up, but those mainly look at query behavior, not at ongoing metrics.

There is no set query limit or storage limit on the database servers. But fair usage limits apply.
