It appears that your site may actually be dangerous. If that’s the case than it will not be unsuspended. If it’s not the case and a false alarm, than you can only get the suspension lifted through filing a ticket- however the support staff will see through any lies you give them.

Your site is not suspended. It’s just not working.
But it’s you who will have to see what’s happening.
Try to upload an .html file with just a “It’s working!” to see if you can load it.

Something went wrong in recording the suspension reason for your account, so the client area got confused as to what type of suspension your account had. Your account was actually suspended both for abusive content.
I just fixed that in the client area, so you can not submit a ticket from there to get your account back.
