is there any option to access web server by “Remote Desktop Connection” or “Telnet/SSH” ?

Hi and welcome to the forum! No-one of the protocols you talked about (so SSH, RDP and Telnet) are available on free hosting; also RDP is only available for desktop connections to most Windows systems, but we use Linux and that might use resources, so what you talked about isn’t possible.
