Hello, does anyone know if it is possible to upgrade from infinityfree to premium without losing data? I have my own domain and the files are already uploaded, so I would like to have a “buy premium” button somewhere - so that it only adds premium features without taking my files away.

The procedure you have imagined simply doesn’t exist. There isn’t a service called “InfinityFree Premium Hosting”. There’s only “iFastNet Premium Hosting”. So you just can’t do something like “add premium features”, since premium features comes from another provider.
