Hello
I got all of my accounts suspended for some reason. Is it possible to know the reason for why that thing happend? And also, if it’s not possible to recover it, is it at least possible to recover databases of those suspended websites?
Cheers!

Hi and welcome to the forum! Please submit a support ticket to recover your accounts and/or know the reason as to why they were suspended; we don’t help with account suspensions here.
I had a little look at your accounts. I see you only have one account currently, and it is active.
What makes you think your account is suspended?
yeah i created that one yesterday, but i didn’t count that one. I took into consideration all other accounts.
btw where can i create a ticket to find a reason of why they got suspended and potentially get them to run again?
Please share the username of the suspended account
there are 7 accounts, but i will stick to only two that are more relevant for me, and those are:
epiz_25994550 and epiz_25392231.
And now i see that their actual status is “Deleted” and not “Suspended”, does that make any difference?
Yes, that makes all the difference. The client area will tell you that. And if I may be blunt: so does a dictionary.
A suspended account is just an account that’s disabled. This means it can, at least technically, be re-enabled and be brought back to the previous state. That means all files and databases are there, they are just temporarily inaccessible to you.
A deleted account is an account that’s really deleted. It’s removed and erased. It’s impossible to reactivate, restore or recover, because the entire account is gone from the servers. All files, databases, settings, domains and most records have been wiped.
For a deleted account, there is no option to submit a ticket, because there is nothing staff can do for you. It’s impossible to investigate a suspension to an account that’s gone or restore a website that has been erased.
So, to answer your original questions:
Yes, it is, to some degree. You can check the Deactivation History for the particular account to see the original reason why it was disabled.
As you can see in the client area:
This account was deleted on XXXX-XX-XX. If an account is deleted, it is erased from our servers completely. This account cannot be recovered or restored in any way.
Of course, if the entire account is erased, that means that anything on the account is erased too.
deactivation history doesn’t really say much, but if that’s all you could do, feel free to close the topic
The deactivation history says all there is to know: it says your account was deactivated for inactivity, and it says when it happened.
Inactivity happens if your account doesn’t get any traffic in a 30 day period. Those accounts may be abandoned, so they are deactivated. You’ll still have the opportunity to reactivate the account, but if you don’t, then eventually they will be deleted completely.
What else would you like to know what’s not shown in the deactivation history?
No, thanks, all good
