Hola tengo una pregunta mi cuenta fue suspendida y estaba haciendo pruebas en produccion (tenia archivos json que no soportan infinity y los pase a php o txt plano, tambien estaba analizando el uso de recursos en mi portafolio) ya envie un ticket a infinity avisando que no fue intencional solo que no sabia el tema de limites de uso de la CPU , entiendo que debo bajar los recursos y usar la cache pero la cuenta volvera a funcionar?

What exactly were you suspended for? If you submitted a ticket, then it was a permanent suspension, so the account will not be reactivated automatically, you have to request reactivation from the support team in the ticket.
Your account was suspended for abuse. That’s not a CPU overload suspension. If it was, it would clearly say that.
