Hello, my website was suspended yesterday evening, but when I went to the customer area, my account was active, I did not reach any limit or violate it. After 5 minutes, this problem was fixed by itself, what was the reason?
If it was suspended yesterday, and is active today, you might have hit a daily limit:
Suspended for hitting daily limits
To prevent specific accounts from using excessive amounts of server power and slowing down (or even bringing down) other websites, InfinityFree has limits on how much processing power, memory, hits and so on an account can use in a day. If you hit one of those limits, your account will be automatically suspended for 24 hours.
To learn which specific limit you triggered, what that limit means and what you can do to reduce your usage, please check the account in the client area .
After the 24 hours, your account will be automatically reactivated. Please do not ask for your account to be reactivated earlier, because nobody can do that.
Note that after 24 hours, it can take up to half an hour for the reactivation to be completed. Please do not submit support requests if your website is not back online after exactly 24:00:00.
In any case, the article should cover all other reasons so you can check them and see if one seems to fit what you experienced.
Alternatively, it could have been a DNS issue:
Sometimes, your domain name may redirect to the website suspendeddomain.org instead of showing your website. Contrary to what the domain implies, there are various reasons as to why your domain name may redirect to suspendeddomain.org .
In short, this happens if your browser is connecting to a website IP address, but there is no active website for your domain on the IP address.
This article explains many of the different ways in which this can happen.

no, it didn’t improve in 1 day, it got better in 5 minutes, I didn’t reach any limit, but when I checked from my customer area, it seemed active, I guess it was a system error.
