Please how long does it takes for a ticket to be responded to?

It can take anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours to receive a reply to your ticket, but typically no longer than six hours.

The suspension tickets are handled by iFastNet. How quickly you get a reply depends on their workload (premium customers get priority), staff availability and dates and times (weekends and nights are usually more quiet).

From what I can see, they stopped working last night in the early evening, but new replies are coming in right now. So you should get a reply soon.

Its being over 9 hours. Please help

I have being responded to an i was told to refresh my control panel in 10 minutes, its over an hour, its still being suspended

Looking at the last reply you got, it seems that they will not reactivate your account, but can provide you with a backup.
