I have checked your site, and I see the URL http://cruisersoftware.infinityfreeapp.com/mindmap/test redirects to https://www.cruisersoftware.com.br/mindmap/sylvio/maps.php.

This domain is currently pointing to Cloudflare, and Cloudflare is probably going to proxy the requests to our servers, but the domain is not assigned to any account on our hosting.

If you would like to host this com.br domain with us, please make sure it’s fully set up on our hosting:

If you would like to keep using Cloudflare, that’s possible. You can verify your domain name with CNAME verification, and point your domain to our hosting from Cloudflare’s DNS.

Hello. Thank you for the reply. You are right. There was an automatic redirect inside my files. Fixed that. Working now. Best regards!

Hello. Thank you for the reply.

The first issue, which @KangJL help me to solve, is OK now. It allowed me to use the app through the internal name, at least.

But it leads to the second issue: I am unable to configure my domain, which is the root problem.

I tried to point my domain registrar to the DNS servers from InfinityFree, but it tells me that the name search is not enabled in InfinityFree.

I also tried to point the CloudFlare to InfinityFree, throuth CNAME, but not working too.

Error:

“Your domain is not yet pointing to our nameservers ns1.infinityfree.com and ns2.infinityfree.com. Please change your nameservers at your domain name provider and wait a few hours for the changes to take effect.”

Google Dig tells there is no CNAME for my CNAME record.

I followed the tutorials for the config above. Still need help. Best regards.

Config:

Type: “A”
Name: “my domain”
Content: “my account’s ip”

Type: “A”
Name: “www”
Content: “my account’s ip”

Type: CNAME
Name: “my account’s dns record”
Content: “ns1.byet.org
