My account got suspended, one small wp site, no visitors, only me..
The problem after suspension, it redirect to a website “https://suspended-website.com/” and doesn’t show “Maintenance Page” or something similar, and guess what this website is detected as “Warning Suspected Phishing
This website has been reported for potential phishing.
Phishing is when a site attempts to steal sensitive information by falsely presenting as a safe source.”
I am feeling shame my domain name show this kind of content, I changed temporarily my dns records, hope the changes get applied soon
Don’t hijack other peoples topics, create your own.
I’m not sure where you see the phishing warning, (unless I’m mistaken) the client area does not show specific messages like that.
Please take a look in the client area for the actual suspension reason, and open a support ticket if you are prompted to do so.
suspended-website.com
is reporting the Phishing warning, not the Client Area.
@WPP_111 Hello, and welcome to the InfinityFree Forum!
As @Greenreader9 has said, check the Client Area to see why your website(s) account is suspended, and if possible, open a Support Ticket. We are unable to help you here.
Hi, thanks for your reply, the main problem isn’t suspension but after suspension my domain name, it redirect to a website “https://suspended-website.com” which owned by ifastnet and then it’s redirects to a page showing “Warning Suspected Phishing" etc Why not just show an under “Maintenance Page” or “Not available”? my domain name has my full name it’s a personnal website so it’s truly an embarrassing thing..
The “Warning Suspected Phishing" isn’t in my website, it’s in ifastnet websites
Unfortunately that is just how the suspension system works
The suspension system is an odd thing, but if a user of your site sees “Suspended Website” in the URL bar, they’ll know the site isn’t available.
The thing that is new, however, is a Cloudflare Warning about Phishing. I thought the user was reporting that their browser was saying that the site is Phishing, but when I directly visit the link suspended-website.com
, I see this:
If someone could let @ifastnet know about this, this isn’t right. It’s only an ad banner site.
Most likely you made something shady with the subdomain.
We don’t know what the person did, they could have done something bad, could have an inactive account, could have a Suspended By Request account. The page we are discussing right now is @ifastnet’s Suspended Website page, which is falsely being reported as a Phishing Site by Cloudflare
Or hit the hits limit, or proccer processor limit, or a false positive. there are lots of options as to why accounts get suspended
processor
Or EP limit, or RAM limit, or DB overload (That might be accounted as Abuse, though), or Bandwidth Limit, or I/O limit.
I stand corrected
Well, it’s say on the statistics that I hit cpu limits ( my domain name and website are clean) but this topic isn’t about the suspension or the reason of the suspension, it’s what’s displayed to public after suspension and the new url redirection to a ifastnet website that’s detected as “Suspected Phishing” which’'s why I hope they just put an under maintenance page when an account is suspended
The “Suspected Phishing” warning isn’t provided by IFastNet. Their suspended website page is simply a page that says the site is not available, and shows some advertising for IFastNet.
the “Suspected Phishing” warning is being incorrectly shown by cloudflare (I think) which is a third party, and is regauirding the suspended website page, not your website.
I understand its frustrataing, but please understand its not intentional
When an account is suspended, you’ll see a page saying the account is suspended. You don’t get an “under maintenance” page because that’s not what’s happening.
The phishing warning is definitely not intentional. But if the page we use for suspended accounts gets flagged as phishing, it’s completely irrelevant what’s actually on the page. Again, to be clear: we didn’t put the phishing warning there.
