Same issue again, please help us. My site is suspended once more. I was updating the final file for our capstone defense later at 7 AM. huhu

What’s the reason for suspension?

Nobody on the forum (including the admin) has the authority or ability to reactivate a suspended account. Only the account review team that you contacted by sending a ticket can help you.

If you believe your account is safe, you can submit a request to have you account checked by staff. If your account is safe, it will be reactivated.

To have your account reviewed:

1. Login to your client area.
2. Click the suspended account in the list.
3. Click the button saying Submit Support Ticket.
4. Select your domain, enter your message and click Submit Ticket.

After submitting your request, staff will review your account (typically within a few hours).

You have my sympathy on the fact that it’s taking a while, but complaining on the forum won’t help the support staff get back to you faster.

Don’t hijack other people’s topics, and don’t spam the forum with your problem. Do it again and your account will be restricted.

So, what’s the purpose of a forum if people are treated like this? I believe forums are built to offer assurance and help solve problems. It’s frustrating to see how quickly things escalate. I’m sorry to say this, but I am offended.

They are, and this one is no exception. But standard forum etiquette (not just here, but on nearly every forum I’ve been to) is that you stay on topic, and not hijack other people’s topics that aren’t related to your problem. Before GR9 split your post into this new topic, you had posted it on somebody else’s unrelated topic. You also made the exact same post on multiple topics, which counts as spamming. InfinityFree’s community guidelines specifically tell you to avoid both of these things under the “Keep It Tidy” section.
