Esse bloqueio é da Cloudflare e você precisa fazer login na Cloudflare e resolver o problema a partir daí, por exemplo, preenchendo um relatório de falso positivo a partir do link que eles forneceram.

Your website seems to be working fine now…

The block is on the suspended website domain, not the OPs domains. Submitting a report won’t change the OPs account status.
