Other Information

This is so frustrated my website suspended for daily hits limit, and my daily limit count was started yesterday on 06 May 2025 at 7:20 and so today 07 May 2025 at 7:20 the count didn’t start over because 24 hours elapsed and so my account suspended for hit limits and the hit limits was for yesterday because I didn’t hit it all it’s been a day ago this is so frustrated I’m asking to admins to reactivate my account because the limit for yesterday didn’t reset.

The counter in the client area isn’t live, but the one on the back end is. I can guarantee your account did reach the hits limit on that if it was suspended.

Unfortunately all you can do is wait it out (if it’s a 24hr suspension). Since it’s IFastNet who provide the infrastructure who handle suspensions, even admin can’t unsuspend an account.

The other thing is, I’m fairly sure that it’s a rolling 24hr limit, not discreet 24hr chunks

We are being victims as free plan users.

The limits here are some of the most fair I’ve personally seen for free hosting

If the site is up again, you can temporarily deactivate it, most people would think that the website is down for a while and might check later if it’s up again. Most people wouldn’t check every day so at least you’ll have less visitors after a while, maybe then you can optimise your site if you want.

I tried everything to optimise but still persiting is it because of Ads scripts?

While its unlikely that the hits will be affected by your ads script, its not impossible.

If its due to CPU limits, then that could be affected by ads

Most ad scripts won’t significantly increase the hit limit. By “ad script,” I assume you’re displaying ads from an external network/website on the client side, which also won’t cause a spike in CPU usage. If you’ve optimized everything you can and are still exceeding the daily limit, it likely means your site is receiving a lot of traffic, meaning free hosting isn’t sufficient for it anymore.

When I added ads to my site, I had a massive spike in CPU usage. so i removed the ads.
Maybe that was just the script I was using to add them

I see your account has been suspended multiple timings for reaching the daily hits limit.

Your account was suspended on the 5th of May, and reactivated after 24 hours and 4 minutes. Then your account was suspended again on the 7th of May (yesterday). But that only happened late in the day (in UTC), so those 24 hours have not passed yet.

So I don’t see anything to suggest that the suspension system is not working as it should.

As for why you hit the hits limit in the first place, I can’t tell for use. We only record the total number of hits per account, not the individual websites or URLs being accessed, or where those requests came from.

A third party ads script is definitely not the reason, those should not generate any additional usage on your account at all.
