May be due transfer network still not actived.
I created the wordpress site via softaculous within infinity free, initially i had the ifastnet nameservers but then i switched it to inifnityfree. whats weird is on the backend it says active, the reason for the suspension was due to inacitvity, i clicked reativate but still no changes and this was about 4 hours ago
If the suspension was given by IF, the suspension page would look different, that’s a cPanel suspension page (That IF does not use). It’s possible that the page is within your codebase and a different host,virus,malicious user put it there.
I have access to my cpanel, and the entire backend. the acount says active, i can do everything in cpanel but when i try and access the page, that happens
You think if i just open another account on IF and transfer the files, it would work?

I see ICMP filter, that not InfinityFree host, but DNS show that domain on InfinityFree then you should check your domain record here. May be A record has been point to wrong server.
I just noticed it says No index file was found for your website. Thats pretty odd. You think that might be the issue? Under domains it has the valhallamd.com in the area you pointed out
It seems my A record is pointing to a different ip address tan the one of my site, since i cannot edit A records, what should be the next course of action?
